Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 400g of yogurt
- 1/2 of a grated medium sized cucumber
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped mint (can substitute with dill if no mint)
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 medium clove of garlic, pressed
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber on the larger holes of the grater, you can leave the skin on if you prefer
- Mix all the other ingredients with the grated cucumber in a bowl
- Enjoy
