Ingredients

20 g of black pepper corns, crushed
5 dl white wine
30 g butter
150 ml cream

Instructions

Melt the butter at a medium heat
Add the crushed peppercorns and let it bubble for about one minute
Add the white wine and turn the heat up so the alcohol simmers away for about 5 minutes
Pour in the cream and mix on low heat for about 3 minutes
Take off the stove and pour into a little jug for serving
