Ingredients

300 g of basil
6 tablespoons of olive oil 
 1 garlic clove
100 g of pine nuts
40 g of Parmesan or grana padano in thin slices or grated
5 tsp of salt
fresh ground pepper

Instructions

Put everything in the blender and let it blend at a low speed for about one minute
To eat the pesto, warm the sauce at a low heat for a couple of minutes on the stove, don't forget to stir!
