Ingredients

  • 200 grams of chickpeas, drained
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • 60 ml of tahini
  • 50 ml ice-cold water
  • 1 pressed garlic clove
  • juice of 1/2 lemon (or lime for flavour variation)
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • sweet paprika

Instructions

Mix everything together and purée

Make a depression in the hummus with a spoon and pour some good olive oil into it
