Brownies beef burgers

Delicious and very simple burger recipe

Notes: It is excellent with avocado, caramelised balsamic onions, bacon and cheese!

  1. Take the ground beef out at least an hour before you want to eat
  2. Add 1 tsp salt, freshly ground black pepper, finely diced onion and a few splashes of Maggi to the meat.
  3. Form into portions of 150 g and shape into burger patties (here, I usually use a burger press to get consistently thick patties).
  4. Ensure your accompaniments are ready, along with your buns, chips, etc.
  5. Warm up your grill, and once it is hot, cook your burgers on medium-high direct heat for around two minutes. Flip, add cheese, and cook another one and a half minutes for medium rare burgers. If you want the meat rare, leave the cheese off, cook for one and a half minutes, flip, and cook for one more minute.
  6. Take off from the grill and put straight onto your buns. Bun should already have a sauce of choice; add lettuce, avocado, caramelised balsamic onions, etc. and enjoy!
