Garlic bread is an excellent addition to almost any barbecue.

Ingredients

1 baguette
2 wooden chopsticks
50 g butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
pinch of salt

Instructions

Take your baguette, lay the chopsticks one on either side and cut slices into it, stopping at the chopsticks. I recommend using cuts about 2 cm apart
Cut your butter into small cubes
Mince your garlic and mix it into the butter
Use your hands to mix it if you want, otherwise, skip to step five
Take a small amount of the garlic butter mix and spread it into the space between each slice
Once you are done, wrap the baguette in a layer of tin foil
Bake at 200 (conventional oven) or 180 degrees (fan oven) for about 10-15 minutes
